This hotel has a variety of experiences. While the location is fantastic, being close to numerous eateries and attractions, the service and dining options left much to be desired. The room I stayed in was adequate but lacked some basic amenities. Overall, it's convenient, but not ideal for a comfortable stay.

I stayed at the Grand International hotel and had a lovely experience overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the cleaning was done daily, which I appreciated. The location is perfect, with plenty of dining options nearby and easy access to public transport. However, the service was a mixed bag; while the concierge was helpful, the front desk staff could improve their friendliness. I also found the dining options, especially breakfast, to be lacking in quality. Overall, it's a good value for the money, just with some areas needing attention.
